Intralipotherapy

Intralipotherapy is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses injections of a substance called deoxycholic acid (DCA) to break down and dissolve fat cells. DCA is a naturally occurring substance that is produced in the liver and helps to digest dietary fats. When injected directly into fat cells, DCA causes the cells to break down and release their contents into the surrounding tissue. The body then naturally absorbs and eliminates the broken-down fat cells.

A way to reduce specific pockets of fat in many areas of the body, by a course of injections. We can target a double chin, excess superficial fat on the abdominal wall, excess fat in the legs.

This treamtment is typically used to treat small areas of localised fat, such as double chins, love handles, and thigh fat. The procedure is relatively quick and painless, and most patients experience only mild side effects, such as bruising, swelling, and redness. The results can be seen within a few weeks, and the effects can last for several months or even years.

However, it is important to note that it is not a weight loss treatment. It is only effective for reducing localized fat deposits. If you are looking to lose weight overall, you will need to combine this treatment with other diet and exercise methods.
